Being strong is feminine and having muscles is feminine. Would you agree? For the longest time I’ve always tried to be the smallest version of myself. It left me feeling insecure and weak. I want to encourage all of you ladies to lift those weights and to challenge yourself! Get strong and take up space!
My progress has been done all from home using free weights like dumbbells & resistance bands. I don’t show these pictures to ‘show off’ but instead to INSPIRE and show you that it can be done using minimal equipment. You just need to work hard, stay consistent and most importantly BE PATIENT.
