National Minister of General Education and Instructions Stops over at La Salle Boys' Secondary School

National Minister of General Education and Instructions Hon. Awut Deng Achuil stopped over at La Salle Boys' Secondary School on her way to commission the construction of classroom blocks for Mayom Primary in Rumbek, Lakes State this afternoon Tuesday 5th February 2025. This was after commissioning the classroom blocks for Ager Gum Primary School.

La Salle Teachers and Brothers Brief Students on Amended Rules and Regulations

Teachers and Brothers this afternoon Friday 7th February 2025 briefed students on the amended rules and regulations for La Salle Boys' Secondary School.

Some of the amendments say parents/guardians should pick their sons from school every holiday. They should also accompany their children to school when returning to school from holidays. This is aimed at providing safety to their children.

Students should report to school every holiday at 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Any student who reports to school after the stated time shall not be allowed into the school compound.

The rules and regulations also stipulate that all students must report to school on the first day of resumption. The amendment emphasises that late resumption shall be punishable by one day of community service.

All students should report to school in full school uniform and that any student who reports to school in non-uniform shall be asked to return home right from the school gate.
