I used to think it was strange that my husband slept with his car keys on his bedside table every night. I knew he grew up poor and was incredibly proud of the car he'd worked so hard for to buy. So, I just assumed it was a sentimental thing. Plus, it was kind of convenient to have the keys nearby in case we ever needed to leave the house in a hurry. BUT AS IT TURNS OUT, I WAS WRONG. Sixteen years ago, I met Sue, a wonderful woman who brought immense joy to my life. At that time, her daughter, Ellen, was just a little bundle of energy, barely two and a half years old. We spent two blissful years together until tragedy struck and Sue died in a car accident.

By then, I had legally adopted Ellen, and there was no question in my mind—I would raise her as my own. My mother, however, was far from supportive. I noticed that my 4-year-old son became anxious every time my mother-in-law was supposed to come over to watch him.
One evening, he started crying and blurted out through his tears, "I don't want Grandma to stay with me!"
I was shocked and had to rush to the hospital for my shift, so I didn't have time to find a replacement, but his reaction really worried me.
"But why, sweetie?" I asked. "Because... Because Grandma acts strange," he said through his tears.

A year ago, my wife snagged a better job, so we up and moved to another city. Our 7-year-old boy loves soccer, so she got him into a new school with a soccer club for the kids.

MY DOG SUDDENLY BECAME VERY ATTACHED TO MY WIFE & WOULDN'T LEAVE HER ALONE — WHEN I FOUND OUT WHY, I GOT DIVORCED.

Our 3-year-old Labrador Retriever, Rocky, has recently become ridiculously attached to my wife of 8 years, especially after she got sick with a stomach bug.

He's always been a snuggler and favored her, but his clinginess just wouldn't stop, even after she got better.

Now he's a nervous wreck whenever she leaves, sitting by the door until she gets back and glued to her side when she's home. It got worse when he actually growled at another dog near her during a walk, something he's never done before.

We were freaked out, thinking it might be an aggression issue, so we decided to take him to the vet to make sure he wasn't in pain and to figure out what was going on. But soon, I discovered the real reason, and IT TURNED MY WORLD UPSIDE DOWN BECAUSE MY WIFE...⬇️

My girlfriend and I broke up about a month ago, and it was the worst breakup I've ever had. We absolutely hated each other, but unfortunately, we have a lot of mutual friends, so we pretty much stopped hanging out with them to avoid running into each other.
