Momshiejo and Fam Terms and Conditions:
1. Items reserved are considered sold after 24 of not retracting your orders.
2. BOGUS BUYERS BEWARE!

Items reserved/confirmed sold were given 5 days to settle their obligation
3. Shipping fee is shouldered by the BUYER unless otherwise stated free SF.
4. Seller is not accountable on any loss or damage of items once items are transferred to the custody of the courier
5. NO return NO exchange policy is strictly implemented unless items are damaged rest assured that item/s was/were inspected before

I send them out for delivery.
6. All items reserved and were not settled after 5 days (unless you requested for a particular date to settle) will be automatically re-posted and be given to the next person who is willing to take the items.
7. Items purchase on PRE-ORDER basis needs to settle a 40% DP (20% will be forefeited when item i cancelled)
8. Cancellation of order on PRE-ORDER items mean forfeiture of the DP.
9. Modes of Payment:
