We love hearing the stories of random act heroes stepping up just when it’s needed most. Like for Peggy in New York who says, quote, “I’m an elementary school teacher, single mom of two and caretaker to my wonderful 93 year old dad. Last Christmas, I rented a little cabin by a large lake 40 miles away. The day school ended we packed the minivan with clothes, presents, ornaments and food for the week. Exhausted and stressed, I ordered dinner for everyone at a fast-food drive through. When it was time to pay, the cashier said, ‘The car in front of you paid for your dinner and told me to tell you Merry Christmas!’ I will never forget the almost magical kindness of this moment.”
Peggy won’t forget that moment and you’ve might have had this happen to you, and no doubt it was a positive experience. If you can be that person for someone else today, try it out. Because we know the giver is often blessed more than the receiver.

Nominations for this year’s 56th Annual GMA Dove Awards are out and there are 10 nominations for Song of The Year and two of those belong to Forrest Frank. He also has a nomination for Artist of the Year, and Pop Contemporary Recorded Song of the Year. The GMA Dove awards ceremony will take place October 7th in Nashville and will be broadcasted October 10th.
