AI has the power to use data from other sources to create an output that may be considered copyright infringement. The issue however, it is difficult to identify who is responsible, liable, and held accountable. It is essential for these AI to have systems to prevent copying the work of others because if they are not in place, copyrighted content may be produced. The ones who may be held accountable if this were ever to occur are the AI creator, the platform, or the publisher of the AI generated content. Thus, actions may be taken against them with the use of substantial evidence and a legal professional specialising in AI.
