(24 hours 7 days a week homeless shelter/dance restaurant ):
people may come and go as they please.
there is no curfew. all religions are welcome, and may choose to worship in our temples, or elsewhere, when they choose. or not to worship at all, if that is their choice. We are secular, meaning freedom of Religion, is also freedom from Religion.*

cosplay instructors. --teaching people how to make money off of photography and modeling, making cosplay costumes, and selling pics/prints, and costume parts.
volunteer skating instructors. --skating rink and skate park is also open 24-7. (not paid.)

volunteer disaster relief:
must be willing to work long hours.
must be trained in cpr, allergic reactions to food, and in martial arts. for flooding, tornado, and earthquakes due to fracking.
( while we will be crowd funding for this, and other areas, this is not a regular paid position.)

we will use non petroleum based plastics, as paper stock, and a separate form of it, for action figures and collectibles.
no oil is used. no trees are harmed.
We will also sell the above mentioned to other independent companies bulk.
We will create an sell artificial organs, artificial limbs, Robots, car parts, and batteries, using graphene solutions, non petroleum based plastics, & liquid metal materials.
This depot also creates new innovative solutions for climate related problems, due to sea level rise and storm surges because of climate change. Including but not limited to:
