Thoughts on the podcasts...

By the time you read this, Bob's two podcasts will have a combined release of more than fifty episodes.

How many have you heard? They're available on most platforms that host and/or stream podcasts.

The Essays with Dumb Old Bob has new releases every Monday.

Writing & Publishing with Dumb Old Bob comes out on the first and third Friday of every month.

In August we will be celebrating the Fourteenth Annual National Buy Bob's Book Day. Around those festivities we will be debuting all sorts of releases, holding some celebrations and generally looking to bring about some interesting and fun stuff.

This has been a massive project behind the scenes, involving the website, podcasts, books and more.

The arrival of a storm or two disrupted some things... namely the internet... and the arrival of last week's episode.

Today - 6/30/2025 - Episodes 18 and 19 of Season Two will be released.

On Friday - 7/4/2025 - The next episode of the Writing & Publishing podcast will be out.

Normal schedule should be in place moving forward.

Hi folks -

Scheduling update...

Some new material for both The Essays and Writing & Publishing may arrive over the next couple of weeks. However, some unforeseen delays are playing havioc with getting episodes completed and released. Keep checking in, as some stuff could (and should) arrive in May.

For now...

The Essays with Dumb Old Bob will be back on its normal schedule of a new episode released every Monday on June 2nd. That will move along on the 9th, 16th, 23rd and so on.

Writing & Publishing with Dumb Old Bob returns on a regular schedule beginning June 6th. With releases on the first and third Friday of each month, the first four episodes will arrive on June 6th and 20th, then July 4th and 18th.

More than 40 episodes of the two podcasts are out there right now, available on most streaming platforms. Hope you'll check in to spend some time with me soon.
