Texas judge halts the excusion of Roberson a man who has been accused of killing his 2 years old daughter. He was scheduled to be excuted last week. He was sentenced for the death of his daughter as a result of " Shaken baby syndrome " which has been a controversy.

Medically, Shaken baby syndrome is an injury to the brain of babies as a result of aggressive or vigorous shakings of babies. The conviction brought controversy due to medical diagnosis.
