🍋 Tropical Citrus Gym Hydration Drink

Recipe:
Ingredients:

1 stick of Welch’s Orange Pineapple Drink Mix (Zero Sugar)

1 stick of Starburst Duos Drink Mix (Blue Raspberry + Watermelon)

Ice

Water

Sliced fresh strawberries

1 lemon slice (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Fill a large tumbler with ice.

2. Add the Welch’s Orange Pineapple mix and Starburst Duos mix.

3. Pour in water and stir/shake until fully dissolved.

4. Drop in chopped strawberries and a lemon slice for flavor and flair.

5. Sip post-workout or during your gym session for a refreshing boost!

Just wanted to share my perfect (to me) White Choclate Iced Latte recipe! I can finally say I truly love my coffee I make at home! I want to start by saying the cup and the ice make the whole thing really come together.

-2 of the Starbucks Nespresso blonde espresso pods. Brewed over 1 to 2 TBS of Torani White Chocolate sauce(not syrup) and stir it up when done

-Line cup with Carmel, fill to the top with ice, having a lot of ice makes it better I swear.

-3 pumps vanilla syrup over ice

-Pour in milk of choice leave a few inches at the top for the espresso

- Pour your espresso over the milk

-Give it a little quick stir with the straw 1 or 2 times.

-Froth up heavy cream and vanilla for foam, top your drink add your Carmel drizzle on top

A delicious and healthy Strawberry & Cream Shake recipe! Here's a low-fat, high-protein, and low-sugar recipe that fits your requirements:

Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of strawberry-flavored whey protein powder (30g protein)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (30 calories, 1g fat)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yoghurt (50 calories, 5g protein, 0g sugar)
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (25 calories, 1g sugar)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract ( negligible calories)
- Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions:
1. Combine protein powder, almond milk, Greek yoghurt, frozen strawberries, and vanilla extract in a blender.
2. Blend mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy.
3. Add ice cubes if you want a thicker consistency.
4. Blend again until ice is crushed and mixture is smooth.

Macro Breakdown:
Per serving:

- Calories: 160
- Protein: 30g
- Fat: 2g
- Carbohydrates: 15g
- Sugar: 1g

Tips:
- Use a high-quality strawberry-flavored whey protein powder for best taste and nutrition.

My kids love spicy ramen. The problem is it’s very expensive. I make my own for about 50 cents a bowl. I just use beef ramen or whatever flavor u like (.35 a pack) and add a spoon of this chili garlic , and a spoon of sour cream. Makes it creamy and spicy. You can add or omit as much as u like. Sometimes I add a boiled egg or veggies, chicken, or days like today just eat like this.

Indulge in a delightful twist on a classic treat with this Oatmeal Creme Pie Cheesecake! Perfect for any sweet tooth! 🍪🍰

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of oatmeal creme pies
- 1 tub of premade cheesecake
- 8 ounces of Cool Whip

Directions:
1. Grab a BIG pack of oatmeal creme pies and press them firmly into a 9x13 pan (or a slightly smaller one). Make sure to smash them down well so there are no gaps, and take those crumbs up the sides a bit. Save one cookie for the topping later!
2. In a separate bowl, mix your tub of premade cheesecake with the 8 ounces of Cool Whip until smooth and creamy.
3. Spoon that luscious cheesecake mixture over your cookie crust, spreading it evenly. Crumble the last cookie on top for some extra crunch!
4. Chill your masterpiece in the fridge for a couple of hours to let the flavors meld together beautifully.
5. When you’re ready to indulge, slice it up and enjoy every creamy, dreamy bite! 😋✨
