This picture popped up on my memories today. While the brewery's official anniversary isn't until labor day weekend, I started making beer at Maize Valley Winery & Brewery 10 years ago today 😮. Hard to believe we started so small and now we've been brewing on a 15 barrel brew house for the last 8 years! 🍻

I know we're going on a couple of weeks since the last episode, next week there won't be one either due to a festival I'm working. I appreciate any patience you all are having. This is really something I'm only scheduling between my own brewery schedule and every other brewer's schedule. Busy season is here so many of us are swamped. Hopefully get a couple in the bag after next week!
