🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July, y’all! 🇺🇸
Ain’t nothing like celebrating freedom with a plate full of homegrown goodness and a thankful heart.

On today’s table:
🥩 A thick, juicy pork chop
🌽 Sweet corn, fresh off the stalk
🍑 Old Fashioned Pickled peaches
🥔 Creamy new taters
🍅 A garden fresh tomato

All grown and raised right here on our land—with hard work, good dirt, and a whole lotta love.

Here’s to full plates, porch sitting, and the blessing of being free.
Thankful for this land we love, and for the folks who’ve fought to keep it that way.
Y’all stay safe, eat good, and enjoy this Independence day! 🇺🇸

Some moments from this week that wont make it to the YouTube world!

1. The garden has been full of water more than once this week 💧
2. Maggie and Candy are BFFs, Candy is not to happy when Maggie isnt around
3. I made some slaw from fresh cabbage, it just dont get any better!
4&5. Strawberries are still showing off, I tried my hand at a strawberry pie and its definitely going on the dessert list!
6. There was a beautiful rainbow peaking out from behind the bull, I’m pretty sure he still thinks we’re weird 😅
7. The coolest bird nest I’ve seen in a long time, nature is amazing!

Be on the lookout for tomorrow’s video we are having some fatback, October beans and cornbread for supper with a fresh strawberry cobbler!
