The law firm now representing the estate of Nolan Wells has put Mississippi Attorney General Angel Myers on notice. In a letter to the attorney general A and R informs her the family is still ready and available for the forensic inspection of Nolan Wells phone. The law firm also made mention of needing to facilitate the transfer of “materials” still needed by Dr Mitchell from the Mississippi autopsy to conclude the families independent autopsy. What say you on these matters ….
