Monday Myth-Buster: You DON'T have to earn your food with exercise. 🚫

This "earn your food" mentality is keeping you stuck in a cycle that's damaging your relationship with both food AND fitness.

Here's the truth:

✅ Your body burns calories 24/7 just existing (hello, basal metabolic rate!)
✅ Food is fuel, medicine, and sometimes pure joy - all valid reasons to eat
✅ Exercise should make you feel strong, not be punishment for eating
✅ Restricting food because you didn't work out slows your metabolism
✅ You can eat AND rest on the same day (revolutionary, I know!)

Moms - you're running on fumes most days. The LAST thing you need is to add food guilt to your already full plate.

Your homework this week: Eat a meal you enjoy without calculating how you'll "burn it off." Your body will thank you. 🙏
