I propose a novel hard solution to the hard problem of consciousness. How? My original & brilliant conjecture identified new things that oscillation is doing in the brain. 1. Oscillatory Tomography for computational rendering and 2. Observation in an oscillating group of cells through re-synchronization after a phase wave differential.
