I am writing to formally raise a complaint about my experience with your company, Logo Fusion, also known as MM Technology Solutions. On November 11, 2024, I was contacted via Facebook by someone from your company who offered logo and website-building services for my business, J&C Eventspace and Rentals Following this communication, I paid a $100 deposit through Zelle as requested.
To my dismay, immediately after I made the payment, I was blocked on Facebook, and all attempts to contact your company have been unsuccessful. The phone numbers associated with your company, +1 (609) 309-2662 and (201) 510-1965, are both unreachable. I also attempted to reach out via the email address provided on your website, [email protected], and received no response. Your listed address, 5900 Balcones Drive Suite 20061, Austin, TX 78731, further raises doubts about the legitimacy of your operations.
This behavior is unprofessional, fraudulent, and unacceptable. I demand a full refund of my $100 deposit immediately.
I also want to warn others to exercise caution when dealing with companies or individuals requesting payment through non-recoverable platforms like Zelle or Cash App. These methods are not bank-protected, making it nearly impossible to recover funds in case of fraud. Instead, always use payment methods such as PayPal, credit cards, or debit cards, as these offer more consumer protection.
I have reported your page to the platform for fraudulent activity and strongly encourage others to do the same.
I request an immediate response from your company within 7 business days to confirm my refund. Failure to address this issue will result in my escalating this matter to relevant authorities, including the Better Business Bureau and legal channels if necessary.
Your website, logofusion.io, and all associated platforms will also be included in my report to ensure no one else falls victim to this scam.
