Santiana Jean-Baptiste is a credentialed engineering professional, who has successfully fulfilled rigorous requirements set forth by the globally revered organization, American Society of Quality (ASQ) to be credibly recognized as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) in the Biomedical and Pharma Industries. As a first-generation college graduate, Santiana became a
chemical/biomedical engineer to help improve the quality of life for all humanity. She has over 15 years working knowledge in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry, specifically in engineering project management, new product development, materials and polymer technology, and validation engineering. Santiana travels the United States as an engineering project manager and regulatory professional, expanding her expertise in the biotechnology field. In addition to being an engineer, she writes, directs and is the executive producer of all her poetry video short films, and is the creator and producer of an animated web series, STEM Heroes. Currently, Santiana serves as an active member of Engineer Girl, a National Academy of Engineering (NAE) service platform designed to help promote diversity within the engineering workforce. From her humble beginnings, she uses a personable disposition to reach students from every background.
