AI is a revolution, but it's not a silver bullet 🎯

We're all excited about the power of tools like GPTs (100 million users!), but there's a huge difference between "fun and cool" and "ready for your business."

Here’s the truth: You cannot leave AI to do its thing without oversight. The real value is unlocked when human experts guide it and refine the output.

In the next 5-10 years, the gap between what AI can do and what your business needs it to do is going to be crucial. Don't skip the human review!

The secret to longevity in a startup? Conviction. đź”’

We look at talent every day, and one of the quickest reads we get is whether someone is truly committed to solving a complex problem, or if they're just chasing the latest trend (robotics ➡ Web3 ➡ humanoids).

As a founder or an early hire, you need to ask yourself: "Do you have conviction about any area that you're focused on, because that is how you’re going to stand the true test of time."

The path is not plain sailing. Conviction, humility, and the willingness to tackle hard, high-stakes problems are the real differentiators.

Listen to the full episode for more on assessing talent, facing challenging problems, and why a human-in-the-loop is non-negotiable!

⚙️ Flashback Friday to EP 95! 🚀
In this powerful clip with Yegor Anchyshkin of Instock, founder of the machine that is replacing traditional warehouses, we talked about how his journey—building robotics both in Ukraine and the US—fundamentally shifted his approach to innovation.

The key takeaway?

"My perspective shifted a lot from what is cool to, OK, what's economical, what works."

When you're bringing deep tech to life, especially in a high-cost environment like the US, the focus has to be razor-sharp:

đź’° Value First: Thinking becomes driven by measurable benefit and value over novelty.

🎯 Extreme Efficiency: You learn to be "very careful with everything" to ensure efficiency, especially when dealing with complex, expensive operations like running pilots or hiring top engineers.

If you're an entrepreneur or investor in robotics and industrial tech, Yegor’s insights on commercial viability are a must-hear!

Ready to rethink how you approach commercialization? Let’s rewatch this! 📺 Hit the link in my bio to dive back into Machine Minds EP 95 and tell me what your biggest takeaway is! 👇
