DAFF 2025 now closed for entries. Thank you very much for your submitting your shorts, we will be announcing the selection in the next few weeks!

This year's trophies are in the making, lovingly crafted by Rachel Quinn Ceramics while our juries are reviewing all the incredible work that has been submitted this year.

DAFF 2025 will be taking place on 7-8 November in the dlr Mill Theatre, in collaboration with The National Talent Academy for Animation.
Stay tuned as tickets will be going on sale very soon!

Thank you all for submitting your shorts for DAFF 2025! 💙

Over the past couple of weeks, the team has been busy getting the films ready for the judging panels.
Stay tuned, we will be announcing the films shortlisted here and on our website for a screening in November. More details to come!

We're looking forward to seeing a packed room on Saturday for the screenings of this year's selected shorts films followed by the Awards Ceremony!
