Today, we celebrate the men and father figures who’ve shown up with love, guidance, and support—whether as biological dads, stepdads, foster dads, grandfathers, mentors, or chosen family. Your presence and impact matter deeply.

At the same time, I want to hold space for those for whom today feels heavy. Whether you've lost your father, are navigating a complicated relationship, or never had a father figure in your life, you are seen. You are loved. And you are not alone.

Too many of us were raised to believe that we had to accept whomever and whatever the universe gave us.
We didn't realize we had choices: in circumstances, jobs, relationships, friendships, and in how people treat us.
Now many of us know that choosing ourselves is the greatest act of self-love there is.
It's ok to walk away from what no longer serves - or deserves - you.
Stop selling yourself out to the lowest bidder.
