Job Description – IDFC Oriya Process
We are hiring candidates for the IDFC Oriya Process.
Job Details:
Shift Timing: Fixed Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
Week Off: Sunday fixed
Work Mode: Office
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 12th Pass (mandatory)
Immediate Joiners required
No leave allowed for the next 3 months
Salary Structure:
For Freshers:
₹16,000 CTC (₹12,800 In-hand)
Or ₹15,000 In-hand (without CTC)
For Experienced Candidates:
₹18,000 CTC (₹14,500 In-hand)
Or ₹16,000 In-hand (without CTC)
Other Requirements:
Good communication in Oriya
Strong willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
