New Zealand will join 32 other countries who have declared a climate change emergency. The Prime Minister has promised a carbon-neutral Government by 2025, to create green jobs in the low-carbon economy, and to recognise the “devastating impact” of climate change on Kiwis, biodiversity and our environment.
