FINAL: Lafayette 35, Sam Houston 28

What a wild game. Lafayette led by two scores multiple times, but Sam Houston tied it with 9:51 left. A spectacular 3rd-down play put Lafayette back on top, 35-28. Sam Houston’s late comeback came up just one yard short on a 48-yard pass to end the game at the 1-yard line.

Sam Houston falls to 2-3, Lafayette moved to 4-1.
