“The Supreme Court of the United States will hear oral arguments on three separate court cases that involve anti-LGBTQ+ discrimination in the workplace and whether such discrimination is prohibited under existing federal law."

The Supreme Court will hear three cases about whether Title VII protects LGBTQ+ people on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.

Merriam-Webster announced Tuesday that it has added the nonbinary pronoun "they" to its dictionary.The nonbinary pronoun is now listed as one of four definitions of the word by the online dictionary company.
