I’m only going to say this once, it’s not up for debate or discussion. I apologise if it sounds like a ramble, but this is a pure expression of pain and hope that we can bring a stop to tragic events like this. That we can put an end to them, that making noise will work.
I don’t sleep knowing about what’s going on in our world. I know it’s far from the first time we’ve seen such a horror in our lifetimes.
If we are not spending every second wondering how we can help to ensure it’s the last, I don’t know how we can keep going on as humans.
Innocent people terminated, children, babies, in the cruelest horrific ways possible.
I will never be the same again, and this tragedy does deserve my attention and yours. All tragedies do.
I know the feeling of helplessness and the overwhelming mental toll it is to just read the news from the safety of my home.
I know the feeling of wanting to hide from it all because it is horrid and scary.
Now imagine if you were trying to live it and survive it. You would be screaming for the world to help too, to not be forgotten or ignored.
Please don’t think we can’t do much from here, do everything you can. And work together as humanity to MAKE SURE ITS THE LAST TIME. We cannot live under a rock.
It’s more than just all eyes on 🇵🇸 or all eyes on Rafah; it’s your own eyes on you, can you go on knowing you didn’t try to help.

I know I speak from a place of privilege that I live here in Australia and my family is safe and we have the means to donate.
There is lots of ways to help, anything you can do to bring awareness is helpful too.
Hold everyone accountable, donate when you can (even if it’s just once, it all matters), spread correct information, call your politicians, do not turn away ❤️
