The subject of this blog post, Camryn Lancaster, played for Solar Soccer Club at the club level, NCAA Division I TCU – Texas Christian University, and the semi-pro California Storm before joining the fully professional ranks with Dallas Trinity FC in the Division I USL Super League. The Raising Her Game docuseries Olson directed (now streaming on Victory+ Sports) is centered around using Texas Longhorns Soccer as a fulcrum to tell the story of how women’s sports and U.S. soccer evolved concurrently. But it includes segments about the TCU Women's Soccer program and Dallas-Fort Worth-based Solar. Camryn’s knowledge of multiple levels of the soccer pyramid added interesting context to those themes.

The Raising Her Game docuseries is centered around using the The University of Texas at Austin women’s soccer as a fulcrum to tell the story of how women’s sports and U.S.
