I know exactly who I’m meant to be.

When I feel stuck or anxious, my first instinct isn’t to scroll— it’s to reset.

I’ve learned that motion, mindfulness, and presence do more for me than any distraction ever could.

Sometimes that looks like a walk.
Sometimes it’s cooking a meal.
Sometimes it’s talking myself through the moment out loud.

It’s not about having it all together, it’s about choosing awareness over avoidance.

You can’t always control the spiral,
but you can control what you feed it. 🤍
