It is possible to check manifests & subpoena them to report to their local hospital to be safely ruled out as a carrier of the killer Coronavirus for which there is currently no vaccine or antidote. If anyone refuses to comply then, regrettably, they must be visited at their home & taken into custody for unknowingly importing a biohazard placing the lives of 25 million Australians at risk.
