I'm pleased to announce that the first single from my forthcoming Christmas album is now live on Spotify and other streaming services! "Glory and Peace" celebrates the announcement to the shepherds of the birth of the Messiah, and is essentially the song that inspired the whole album.

May take a little longer for audio, as I'm not super keen on going with Amazon's automated AI reading.

Yes, I'm quite excited about this one, not only because I think it grapples with a timely and important subject given our current landscape. It was also an opportunity to wrestle with a number of texts and sharpen my own thinking.

Working on this has been particularly fruitful for me in terms of exploring certain aspects of the Abrahamic covenant and how it relates both to the Old Testament prophets but particularly to the new covenant and its eschatology in the broadest sense.

I think there is plenty of material here, even in a 100 page book, for chewing on.
