I struggled to see the SpeechBanana and I-Angel Sound App for iPad. I am disappointed with this app because of its bright white background. I have to use Classic Invert. I tried to go to the settings to adjust the text size. SpeechBanana and I-Angel Sound App should suggest Dark Contrast with adjustable the text for visually impaired. Like the Cochlear website and Nucleus Smart App is white contrast. No Accessibility for Low Vision. Many sighted cochlear implant recipients do not understand the experiences of individuals with Usher Syndrome and low vision. I have Usher Syndrome and find that many with cochlear implants are frustrated with the Nucleus Smart App and Cochlear Store, which have white contrasts backgrounds. The Nucleus Smart App volume cannot be adjusted by individuals with Usher syndrome during cloudy weather, making phone screen use difficult.
I suggested to Cochlear America a remote control for adjusting sensitivity volume and program scans for Deafblind, Usher Syndrome, and Low Vision.

I love I-Angel Sound, but it lacks dark contrast for low vision, which is a problem. I don't like using Apple's Classic Invert. I tried to find the founder's name, Emily Shannon Fu, with contact information, but it was nowhere to be found. This website should provide a dark contrast feature like HLAA's website has in its accessibility menu. That would be friendly for low vision. I already emailed Cochlear Technology Engineer to add an accessibility menu for low vision individuals with CI recipients on Cochlear's website.
