Happy National Trails Day! 🌲

Today is all about celebrating the vital role trails play in our lives – offering us a chance to escape, connect with nature, find a little peace, and even have a transformative journey.

We're so proud to build and maintain The Colorado Trail, providing over 500 miles of stunning access to Colorado's wild heart. Every step on the CT is a reminder of the incredible value of our natural spaces and the dedication of our amazing volunteers.

The Colorado Trail, like so many others, is a labor of love, built through countless hours of planning, generous donations, and tireless volunteer work. This National Trails Day, please take a moment to thank someone in your life who has poured their time and energy into maintaining a trail you love.

Happy National Trails Day! The Continental Divide Trail is one of 11 National scenic trails, but also one of countless trails that provide pathways for people, migration corridors for creatures, and connections of all kinds to the natural world.

Southbound season is right around the corner! Don't forget to register your hike at cdtcoalition.org/register. Registered hikers can pickup a FREE CDT hangtag at Glacier National Park permit offices, the Grand Lake Center, and the Rawlins BLM field office.
