POLICE INVESTIGATING CAR CRASH THAT LED TO TWO PEOPLE BEING ELECTED FROM TRUCK‼️

GARLAND, Texas - Two people are dead and a third was injured in a car crash in Garland on Sunday morning.

The accident happened on Rowlett Road, between Roan Road and Thornhill Way, around 6 a.m.

Garland police say a red pickup truck was traveling east when it lost control and hit the guardrail, ejecting two people from inside the car. Those two people were pronounced dead at the scene.

A third person in the car was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash.

Both the east and westbound lanes of Rowlett Road were closed.

Garland police are investigating what led up to the accident.

PEDESTRIAN KILLED IN HIT AND RUN IN NORTHWEST DALLAS‼️

DALLAS — A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash along Northwest Highway in Dallas early Friday, officials said.

The crash happened around 4:40 a.m. in the 2800 block of West Northwest Highway, near Community Drive, just northwest of Dallas Love Field airport.

Northwest Highway was reopened, while Community Driver was shut down as police investigated the crash.

More information about the crash and the victim was not yet immediately available.

Texas Department of Public Safety troopers arrested Savion Amari Donovan Johnson, 26, Sunday afternoon on Highway 90 in Kinney County after they pursued him at speeds of more than 100 miles per hour for 15 miles, according to arrest affidavits. He stopped mid-chase to drop off a young Hispanic man before speeding past cars on the wrong side of the highway, the affidavits said.

Police say Maurice Parker 19 , shot and k!lled Mohammad Haddad-Gardhi ,78,a Lyft driver in north Dallas around 4am on Saturday at the budget suites of America motel in the 9500 block of forest lane .. police also say Farsi was his Lyft driver &haddad Farsi wallet, phone and car were missing after he was k!lled by Parker. As the investigation of this murder Is still ongoing .Parker was arrested the same day .witness reported seeing Parker around 6:40 pm in the motel parking lot firing shots at the ground , while children was around . As the police search Parker belongings they found a wallet that belonged to the victim that carried multiple documents such as the victim drivers license passport card and social . Parker was arrested on Capital murder by terror threat/other felonies and is eligible for the death penalty.
