That’s the story of ’s Dan McNally, who has gone from being the person tasked with purchasing the first bag of cones and balls for a non-existent squad, to the proven-leader given the honor to spearhead the construction and operations of a $250M stadium that consistently sells out its 25,000+ seats.

Starting with leaving his home country of England as a teen for college soccer across the pond, Dan’s story is one for the history books of U.S. soccer. This conversation was a privilege for us to have, and we’re confident that you’ll enjoy listening to it.
