We would like to thank all the listeners who have supported our shows over the last four years. We have had laughter, tears and lots of fun, from our christmas shows to our themed shows, Millers on Air and our Chilled out Check in! We have had a blast! It is with profound regret that we must announce the closure of ATLANTIC WAVES on the 17th of August. This decision has primarily been driven by escalating costs, licensing challenges, and other financial burdens, which have become increasingly unmanageable during these trying times. Over the years, we have devoted ourselves to delivering the finest radio experience possible, and in many respects, our success has regrettably led to our current predicament; without adequate revenue, it has become unbearable to continue....

Join us in bidding farewell to ATLANTIC WAVES, as we announce our closure on August 17 due to rising costs and challenges. Thank you for your support!

It is with great sadness that we have to announce the closure of ATLANTIC WAVES on the 17th August . This is due mainly to rising costs , licensing etc . It just became to much to carry in these difficult times . Over the past few years we have worked hard to bring you best radio we could and in many ways it has become a victim of its own success but with no money coming in it has become too much to bare .
I would like to thank the people who made it all possible . Our wonderful presenters who have sent shows religiously over the past few years . Every show of top quality .
To the presenters who passed away Nettan Bjork and Chris Helme , we will always remember your contribution .
To the listeners , each and every one of you ... i am in your debt .
Finally to Rich and Lyndsey ( my rocks ) , been here from the very start and stood by thru thick and thin ... You are the best ever .....
