The National Parks and Wildlife Service have confirmed a recent sighting and subsequent capture of a new invasive species to Ireland, the Asian Hornet (Vespa velutina) in the Cork area.

Here is a good movie recommendation for you all..The Salt Path...an adaptation of the book of the same name, which tells the true story of Raynor Winn and her husband Moth, who decided to walk the South West Coast Path after losing their home and farm. The book itself I also highly recommend as an excellent read....enjoy 👌📖🎬🥾🥾🌊

Back on the Camino-Day 9: This morning we set out on the final day on this section of the Camino. Leaving Frómista we walked 19.3kms to Carrión de Los Condes, taking in an alternative Camino route to avoid most of the road walking which made for a more interesting day. Well that's it for this year...to all of you on the Way already or just about to go on the Way...Buen Camino 🥾🥾🏞
