⚠️ 8 Gamit sa Kusina na Unti-unting Sumisira sa Kalusugan🚨



🍳 1. Gasgas na Non-Stick Pan (Teflon Coating)

💭 Bakit delikado:
Kapag may gasgas na ang coating, posibleng mag-leak ang toxic chemicals tulad ng PFOA, na konektado sa liver damage, hormonal imbalance, at cancer.
💡 Tip: Palitan agad kapag may gasgas. Mas safe ang cast iron o ceramic pans.



🥤 2. Plastic Containers na Nilalagyan ng Mainit na Ulam

💭 Bakit delikado:
Mainit + plastik = microplastics at BPA na puwedeng lumipat sa pagkain. Ito ay hormone disruptors at maaaring magdulot ng fertility problems at cancer.
💡 Tip: Gumamit ng glass, stainless, o BPA-free containers para sa mainit na pagkain.



🧊 3. Matagal Nang Yelo sa Freezer

💭 Bakit delikado:
Lumang yelo ay sumisipsip ng amoy at mikrobyo mula sa loob ng freezer. Puwedeng pagmulan ng sore throat, ubo, at stomach issues.
💡 Tip: Palitan ang yelo tuwing 3–4 days. Hugasan ang ice tray weekly.



🔪 4. Chopping Board na Kahoy at May Bitak-bitak

💭 Bakit delikado:
Ang lamat sa chopping board ay tirahan ng bacteria tulad ng Salmonella o E. coli na hindi natatanggal kahit hugasan.
💡 Tip: Gamitin lang ang kahoy sa prutas o tinapay. Gumamit ng plastic o stainless para sa karne at isda.



🥄 5. Lumang Aluminum Kaldero o Lutuan

💭 Bakit delikado:
Kapag manipis na at may gasgas, naglalabas ng aluminum particles na iniuugnay sa brain damage at Alzheimer’s.
💡 Tip: Mag-invest sa stainless, ceramic, o enamel-coated cookware.



🧽 6. Kitchen Sponge na Luma at Basa Lagi

💭 Bakit delikado:
Ito ang pinakamaduming gamit sa buong kusina. May libo-libong bacteria sa bawat square inch, lalo na kung laging basa.
💡 Tip: Palitan every 1–2 weeks. Pwede i-microwave 1 minute kada linggo para disinfection.



🔥 7. Gas Stove na Maitim ang Apoy o May Amoy

💭 Bakit delikado:
Maitim na apoy = incomplete combustion = carbon monoxide exposure. Delikado ito sa baga, puso, at utak.
💡 Tip: Kung may amoy o hindi bughaw ang apoy, ipa-check agad ang LPG at linya ng stove.



🍽️ 8. Melamine Plates at Utensils sa Mainit na Pagkain

💭 Bakit delikado:
Kapag pinagsilbihan ng mainit na ulam o sabaw, pwedeng maglabas ng melamine at formaldehyde — toxins na masama sa kidneys at atay.
💡 Tip: Gamitin lang ito sa malamig na pagkain. Mas safe ang ceramic o porcelain.

Garlic Pizza Sauce

Ingredients:

2 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp dried basil

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Preparation:

Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in tomato sauce, herbs, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Simmer for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Let cool slightly before spreading on pizza dough.

Crispy Pork Liempo🤤

Ingredients👇

1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Cornstarch
1/2 kg Pork Belly
2 tsp salt
1 tsp. ground pepper
2 cups vegetable oil for frying

Dipping👇

Vinegar
Fish sauce
Minced garlic
Onion
Pepper
Sugar
Water

Procedure 👇

Season pork with salt and pepper.
Mix flour, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Coat pork well with flour mixture.

Fry pork in preheated oil until crispy and golden brown. Strain to drain excess oil. Transfer on a serving plate.

Combine vinegar, fish sauce, garlic, onion, pepper, sugar and water. Mix well. Adjust the taste according to your liking.

Then serve with crispy liempo.
