Cap tangles with Arnim Zola from May 1977.
Comics legend Jack Kirby had a 2 year run on the book from 1975 to 1977, that divided fans. Odd stories and clunky dialogue didn’t help and the readers howled.
I enjoyed the run but it did seem out of step with everything else Marvel were doing at the time.

There comes a time when nearly every Marvel superhero has a hissy fit and decides to jack it all in, for Spiderman it seemed it was every other issue!
But in June 1977 it was the good Captains turn, it didn’t last long, Merlin gave him the Star Sceptre and he was back in the game!! Great cover though!
