Dharmacide es una banda española, que cuenta en sus filas con miembros de Alcalá Norte y Depresión Sonora, conocida por su ecléctica fusión de géneros, combinando elementos del shoegaze y el dreampop. ‘The Cigs, The Light, The Coffee and Crying’, es el primer adelanto de su esperado segundo álbum, en el que encontramos un potente riff cargado de reverb acompañado de una melodía vocal en solitario en medio del caos, hasta desembocar en un estribillo arrollador.

Dharmacide is a Spanish band, featuring members of Alcalá Norte and Depresión Sonora, known for their eclectic fusion of genres, blending elements of shoegaze and dreampop music. ‘The Cigs, The Light, The Coffee and Crying’, is the first single taken from their awaited soon-coming second album. It features a powerful reverb-laden riff with a solo vocal melody in the middle of the chaos until breaking into a powerful chorus.

We have just received Peruvian hidden gem Grupo Amigos’ "Paloma mensajera" (featuring members of New Juggler Sound / Laghonia). The album shows the shift that was taking place within Peruvian rock away from psych and hard rock which had predominated during the early 70s. Instead, they’d embrace the influence of soft rock, UK, US and Latin American folk rock and, above all, the desire to keep the melodic greatness of The Beatles alive.

Acabamos de recibir “Paloma mensajera” (con la participación de miembros de New Juggler Sound / Laghonia), la joya oculta peruana del Grupo Amigos. El álbum muestra el cambio que se estaba produciendo en el rock peruano, alejándose del rock psicodélico y el hard rock que habían predominado a principios de los años 70. En su lugar, abrazaron la influencia del soft rock, el folk rock británico, estadounidense y latinoamericano y, sobre todo, el deseo de mantener viva la grandeza melódica de The Beatles.

¡Nuestros nuevos lanzamientos llegan a tiempo para combatir la tristeza post-vacacional! Y es que, con las golosinas tropicales de Ranil y su Conjunto Tropical, de puro sonido cumbiero amazónico, o de los Zheros, representantes históricos de la cumbia psicodélica peruana, es complicado no sonreír y bailar, aunque se acabe el verano!

De la mano de los peruanos Grupo Amigos y del original recopilatorio “Joropop” nos llegan los sonidos folk y rock melódicos de los 70, con propuestas alejadas de las tendencias más contundentes de años anteriores. Aunque en “Joropop”, centrado en grabaciones venezolanas del período 1968-1976, también tienen cabida algunos bombazos de garage y hard rock que hacen de este disco un lanzamiento imprescindible.

Y si a tu colección de punk español le faltaba el imprescindible “Anti Todo” de Eskorbuto, ha llegado el momento de hacerte con él. Nuestra mimadísima reedición cuenta con sonido remasterizado y un libreto con notas interiores y fotos de la banda.
