I’m a smug Irish passport holder. It’s the must-have travel accessory. 🇮🇪✈️

With visa-free access to over 190 countries, the Irish passport is one of the most powerful in the world. It’s more than just a travel document—it’s a golden ticket to smoother border crossings, shorter queues, and the freedom to explore without hassle.

For those with Irish heritage, it’s also a deep connection to their roots—one that opens doors (literally) across Europe and beyond. A small but mighty advantage in the world of travel!

Octopus washed up on Sutton yesterday. 🐙

It was being attacked by two gulls but was using its tentacles to defend itself.

Luke Maguire , who was there, made sure it got back into the water and said it was brilliant to see it swimming away.

He said ,'It was about the size of two hands put together, but bigger with the tentacles.
I got it back into the water by gently picking it up and bringing it in somewhere deeper where it could escape from the lowering tide.'
