I've done the double again... 🥳🥳 with TWO children's birthday parties back-to-back on the same day!

Started with a magic show and party games for Hudson and a small group of nursery friends and family to celebrate his 4th birthday. A pop up marquee in the garden of his home in Poynton was perfect for dodging the rain showers yesterday...

I then hot-footed it to Macclesfield, where a spacious church hall was the venue for Hugo's big birthday bash. It was great fun to party with more than 30 kids to mark his 5th birthday.

Had fun entertaining all the young guests and their grown ups at baby Penny's christening party in Peak Dale near Buxton this weekend.

My comedy magic show went down a treat and we also played some of my favourite crazy party games - all rounded off with a silly balloon swordfight.

I'm Buxton-based so it was great to keep it local once again.

It's a question I get asked A LOT...

😅

"How far in advance do I need to book an entertainer for my child's party?"

The answer is 'the sooner the better' to make sure the entertainer you want is available on the date of the party. Try to plan ahead by at least a couple of months if you can, to prevent any last minute panic.

To give you an idea of timing, in the past week I've taken bookings for parties in March, April, May - and October!

The October party is a repeat booking. The client wanted to book me super early to ensure I was available to entertain the children again at their annual Halloween party.

If you're planning a children’s party for a birthday or special event, my best advice is:

1. Decide on the date of the party as early as you can

2. Find a suitable party venue & book your preferred date & time slot

3. Contact an experienced and professional children’s entertainer (like me!) to check availability. If I'm free on the date of your party we'll discuss party packages, options & prices

4. Let me know as soon as you're ready to book me for your party. I'll then get the date and time in my diary & confirm the booking. I'll even provide you with a handy cheat sheet featuring some top tips for planning your party.

5. Relax!

This was a fun-packed joint birthday party for two friends - boy and girl - both celebrating their 6th birthday with around 40 guests... including their entire class from school. It was certainly a lively one!

My 2-hour disco party is the most popular choice for kids' birthdays and special celebrations. It features an optional comedy magic show, high energy party games and dancing, mid-way food break and grand finale balloon swordfight for up to 30 children.

Had a blast partying and entertaining all the children at Fun Fest Cheadle - Bolshaw on Friday!

I hosted a fun-packed disco party to celebrate the last day of their summer holiday club, which provides professional childcare to local working parents.
