We are excited to announce a new partnership and honored to be a part of!

The Midwest Meso Project!

It is a group of 4 Chase Teams in the field and an on-air Meteorologist! We will be covering all weather modes for all of Eastern Kansas and Western Missouri. We have some very exciting things in the works for this year!

When severe weather is forecast for our areas, we will be doing our panel discussions, to go through the severe weather setups and coordinate where our chases will be concentrating. We will be a 1-stop shop for all things severe weather in the Midwest.

From our YouTube Channel, we will have all 4 live feeds from the field chasers, as well as our on-air Meteorologist breaking down the radar and utilizing our chase feeds to give ground truth to the radar.

Not only now will we have more eyes on storms in the field, but we have a team of drones and will soon be fielding our first ground probes to take real-time ground level footage, as well as atmospheric readings of storms happening.

* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas and central, southwest, and
west central Missouri.

* WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 5 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
