Mitch was recently involved in a podcast with Black Country Blokes, discussing mental health and it's effects. As well as promoting the one-man show he is a part of: Trapped, a show about one man's struggle with his mental health.

So we've been quiet for a good while. However we are working on projects. Mitch has just landed a lead role in a theatre production called 'Trapped'. About one man's struggle with mental health.
