Manifestation isn’t what you’ve been told❌
The typical viewpoint of manifestation is that you’re “manifesting” aka creating, something that didn’t exist before👎
The truth of manifestation is that it’s less of a creative process & more of an aligning process🎯
By aligning to the version of you & life as a whole that FEELS rich, safe, attractive, successful, etc. you naturally attract those things by resonating to the same frequency⚡️
In other words, it’s not about adding, it’s about subtracting from the illusion that makes it seem as if you haven’t always had that which you are desiring👍

👉Beyond grateful👈
To live the life I live with the BEST friendships, relationship & purpose/mission I could ever dream of🙏
The truth is….
That to have a life worth living, you MUST actually LIVE it🔥
This means not only getting out of your comfort zone, but also paying no mind to what anyone who’s not on a similar path to you tries to tell you about life🎯
Why❓
Because the ONLY people worth listening to when it comes to how to live your life are individuals getting the results you want💥
I’ve gotten my fair share of naysayers, trolls, etc. on who I am & what i create, yet what I learned is that these individuals who are willing to sit behind a keyboard & try to troll you are living in their own version of hell👎
& by trying to “diss” you, all they’re doing is showing you where THEY are at🆘
The opportunity then becomes to be able to allow that negativity to roll up & off of you because it literally doesn’t matter😉
You’re living your dream, they’re commenting on your dream, which are VERY different realities😂
Any person who is truly joyous would never spread negativity in the world, they’d simply keep scrolling & find what brings them more joy👌
So, for any of you who are wanting to put yourselves out there & are nervous to get negative comments, hate, etc. my message for you is this👇
Don’t pay any attention to individuals living in hell who try to project their unconscious guilt onto you for why their lives aren’t going the way they want them to🎯
Your unique magic is too important to the world to let a bunch of haters convince you it’s not👍
Applaud them for their valiant effort to bring you down, realize the opportunity is to choose yourself over & over again in these times & become unf*ckwithable 💪

To be honest…
I’ve been so disconnected from any urge whatsoever to post on IG🤣
It’s really hit me recently how this entire “social media” game has become nothing more than quick likes, scroll holes & distractions👀
For me, my only intention of being on here is to post valuable content, connect & serve with those who are on a similar path & to be a force for positivity in the world👍
Recently, however, my engagement has dropped & in looking into it, it’s essentially because I’m not “engaging” enough on IG, even though I spend about 2 hours each day replying to every comment & DM I get💪
For me, I’d rather spend time speaking to those who I can actually help, rather than waste time commenting on random posts to “boost my algorithm”❌
What was once something that I truly felt excited about because it allowed me to connect with others, now just feels as though I’m selling my own time to “serve the algorithm”🙄
Now, does this mean I’m going to stop posting on here❓

I simply wanted to share some raw truth of what I have been experiencing recently, as I can imagine that many of you who are also focused on truly helping people through this platform are also feeling frustrated at this🆘
So, if you haven’t seen my posts recently, it may be due to me posting less & it may be due to me not caring to appease the algorithm gods but regardless, I’m still here & I want to sincerely thank all of you who engage with me, share your love with me & support me💛
You are all the only reason I still muster up the willpower to come onto this platform & will continue to do so😂

You ever have a moment when…
You realize how far you’ve come & how proud of yourself you are for the life you get to live💛
To be honest, it took me a LONG time to come to this point, yet I wouldn’t change any of my path for the world👍
All that I went through was necessary to become who I am today & to be able to surround myself with the most AMAZING souls I get to call my friends/family🙏
I spent much of my life scared of the “what if’s”🆘
“What if it doesn’t work❓”
“What if they laugh at me❓”
“What if I don’t have it in me❓”
& the funniest thing was, one day, it dawned on me👇
“What if the good sh*t happens❓”
“What if it DOES work❓”
“What if I discover what I’m made of❓”
👉When that happened, everything changed👈
I realized that all my “fears” of what the “world” would think of what I was doing were really mine & mine alone👀
The thing is, when you learn to love yourself, you recognize that the only people who would try to talk down upon you for living your dream are those that are angry with themselves for buying into their own small-ness & not living their dreams🎯
So, this is your reminder that, as the famous quote states “those who matter, won’t mind & those that mind, don’t matter”👌
Whatever your unique magic/gifts are, the world needs them now more than ever🙌
Be kind to yourself, be your own biggest cheerleader & surround yourself with people that love you, want the best for you & will challenge you to play the game of life as BIG as possible🔥
We have a VERY short time here on earth & for me, I will spend the rest of my days screaming these truths from the rooftop because I know how much the past versions of me would have benefitted from hearing them & if even ONE person takes this is their sign to SEND IT, that’s a win for me🤝

For all the souls pictured & not pictured who showed up, did the work & had FUN doing it at our live & in person “Breathe With C.anna.bls” workshop last weekend🔥
For me, I’ve never understood why many people believe healing has to be hard, somber & serious🆘
Between my brothers & , our mission is to continue to show the world that healing can be light, exciting & the most FUN part of your day😉
