STAKING IS LIVE! Introducing Staking, our flagship Season 1 feature!

With Staking, you can:

- Boost racing balance by adding $ZED or reZED to any active horse, even if you don’t own it.

- Earn when the horse retires, receiving your share based on your stake percentage.

Along with Staking, we rolled out an updated Breeding Fees allocation!

More of the breed fees go straight to the players who breed vs the game treasury: 55% → Internal balance (up from 50%) 10% → Stud owner stake (up from 5% and no more flat fee) 20% → Player treasury 15% → VHS

Celebrate the 4th of July this weekend on ZED Champions with some reZED, white, and blue.

Event Dates: July 4 – July 6 (UTC)�
Prize Pool: 500,000 reZED�
Winners: Top 50 Stables by total amount of 4th place finishes across the event, paid out proportionally! Tiebreaker will be the fastest time for cutoffs.

PLUS New Jackpot: 200,000 reZED

The new jackpot challenge is:�“Score 1776” by placing 1st | 7th | 7th | 6th in your quarter splits to win the current progressive jackpot balance of 200,000 reZED. First one to nail it gets the whole pot, but there will be rewards for runner-up stables.�
The Jackpot rolls over if not hit, and a fresh one launches Monday, either way.

Season 0 Wrap Up & Season 1 Kick Off!

Mark your calendars! Season 0 concludes Sunday, June 22nd, at 8 PM ET. Immediately after the final race, we'll enter a 24 hour downtime as we transition into Season 1 and prepare to distribute your rewards.

Important Details:

Snapshot Timing: Taken immediately after the final Season 0 race for both the seasonal reward leaderboard and badge reZED allocations.

Rewards Airdrop: All rewards (Seasonal reZED rewards, badge reZED allocation, and new Gen0 breeders 📷 ) will be distributed within the 24 hour downtime.

The Top 1000 stables on the Seasonal Leaderboard will get airdropped 1 new breeding Gen0. Bloodlines will be weighted (Nakamoto 10%, Szabo 20%, Finney 30%, Buterin 40%), but every stable will have an equal chance at receiving any bloodline. Studs will also be buffed 50/50 for these new Gen0s for more auctions heading into Season 1.

Breeding & Marketplace:

New auctions will be disabled 24 hours before Season 0 ends, minimizing the number of pending auctions during the transition.

For pending auctions, bid settlements pause at the end of Season 0 and resume with the start of Season 1's first race.

The marketplace will remain open during the downtime.

Thank you for an incredible season! Now, get ready for Season 1 - it's going to be action-packed.
