Guam is still in COR 1, which means dangerous conditions are ongoing and the general guidance is for people to stay indoors and off the roads. During this time, only essential services are expected to operate, but we also know that businesses have their own emergency plans in place and play different roles in the community. Many are balancing the need to serve the public with the safety of their employees and customers.

The most important thing right now is for everyone to use good judgment, stay safe, and limit travel until the all-clear is given and we move to COR 4.
