Welp... This is not how I wanted to come back to this page after not posting for so long, but life has really been throwing a lot of curves my way this summer and I'm in dire need of help. To make a long story as short as possible, the extreme heats this summer have been especially hard for me to consistently work in (for those that don't know, I work for DoorDash and make deliveries) because I drive a car that has no AC, thus while I'm trying to work on those extremely hot days, my phone ultimately cooks in the heat leading it to slowing down/freezing/and the worst case completely stop working, forcing me to go home. To remedy that issue, I thankfully found that working earlier in the mornings was much better as the sun wasn't completely up yet and I could complete deliveries without issues, aside from unfortunately making slightly less than my regular hours. This morning as I was attempting to work my shift to earn enough money for an important bill that's due tomorrow, my phone completely goes black and unresponsive to touch and any pressing of buttons right in the middle of me trying to check out my customer's orders.
Right now my phone is completely unresponsive still, holding the buttons doesn't turn it on, putting the charger in doesn't do anything. It's just done for.
Now the reason I'm making this post:
I'm technically now jobless without a phone, and I have no other ideas besides just asking anyone for help. I absolutely hate asking for money, but this is so far out of my control that I have to swallow my pride and just ask. So if you could, is there anyone out there that would be willing to send help to my PayPal or Venmo? I've been trying my best to handle everything on my own, which I was doing fine, but life has really shown me lately that anything can happen, and it happens so fast and often times, all at once.
I completely understand if you aren't able, I know I'm likely not the only one going through financial issues, but I have to ask because this is very dire to the bills that are due in a very short amount of time for me.
