🍰Basque Burnt Cheesecake 🍰
If you are looking for a cheesecake recipe that doesn't taste eggy, I am proud to say, "here you go!". One of my biggest worries when it come to any dessert that uses eggs, which is a very important yet delicate ingredient to handle in any dessert, is that the final product tasted "Eggy". My first attempt had a horrible eggy taste but still edible that people around me commented that it tasted great but just slightly eggy. After a slight modification & a few attempts, I have finally created 'the' satisfying taste & texture that I always look for in a cheesecake.
Ingredients:
Cream Cheese, Sugar, Egg Yolk, Egg, Vanilla Essence, Whipped Cream & Flour
