Lazy to make pizza, so I improvised!

Food: Tuna or Luncheon Pizza

As long as you crave for it, you can make it! I just use bread as my base, add ketchup as my tomato paste, Tuna & Luncheon Meat as my filling, while topping it off with mozzarella cheese! Never cheap out on cheese! The type of cheese you use will definitely impact your 'pizza'!

Spinach Wan Tan Mee

This delicious handmade noodles are infused with spinach leaves that provide that vibrant green colour. Top along with some savoury munched meat & sweet sliced Char Siew added with some extra greens or bak choy on the side.
Although there is no sauce, the char siew and the minced meat provide enough flavour to give it a light savoury & somehow refreshing taste!

One of my biggest worries when it come to any dessert that uses eggs, which is a very important yet delicate ingredient to handle in any dessert, is that the final product tasted "Eggy". My first attempt had a horrible eggy taste but still edible that people around me commented that it tasted great but just slightly eggy. After a slight modification & a few attempts, I have finally created 'the' satisfying taste & texture that I always look for in a cheesecake.
