I'm not sure we automate ASANA enough! Here's what I just automated - My client's case study process.

She does the exit interviews via Zoom, and I make it go up on the website as a case study blog.

SEO, case study framework, all that good stuff that highlights expertise and results.

What I did in Asana (and you can have Claude do this for you, by the way!)

- set up a task template for Exit Interviews
- created subtasks
- set up rules (with Asana AI...it is inbuilt...top right)
- so now I just create a new task for "Client A Exit Interview" from the template, and it fills up with all the subtasks, and the AI rules give each person on the subtasks their due dates.

Get it? That was a mouthful.

The YouTube algorithm has changed!!None of that keywords, tags etc works as it did before. Why? Because YouTube AI is actually watching your content itself. It already knows what you are saying and who needs it.

Now what? You get REALLLLY good at how you teach and how you teach it!

Yes, the thumbnails and titles will get people in the door. But the SCRIPT and the DELIVERY is what keeps your people coming back.

Best time for small channels to blow up especially in hyper specific niches.
