The horizon orange on the east, with approaching sunrise, then to the west the beautiful orb of the 'strawberry full moon' setting, surrounded by a pinkish atmosphere.
These moments of natural beauty, during brisk early mornings are something special!

'Calm before the storm'

So, if you missed this morning in , this is what it looked like.
On the shoulder of storms, is when there are great photographic opportunity, with skies and weather often displaying dramatic scenes!
I'm trying to explore more unique (read 'difficult to reach') areas along our stunning coastline, and with that experimenting with some different compositions...

Stay warm folks! Can't believe I had this calm scenic view this morn, in contrast to the rainy/windy conditions we've had during the day (and now).
