Section (2)
* Panorama City 2030
While the steelpan has evolved significantly since its inception, there may be a need for further innovation to keep the instrument relevant and appealing to new generations of musicians and audiences. The introduction of more types of steel pans like the G-Pans, highlights a crucial aspect of the challenges facing the steelpan industry. Embracing innovation not only allows for the exploration of new sounds and possibilities but also helps to keep the instrument relevant in an ever-changing musical landscape. Additionally, different layouts for current pans could also enhance the versatility and appeal of the instrument, attracting a wider range of musicians and audiences. For example, older versions of bands had double-layered racks or cones on quads etc.
By recognizing and addressing these challenges head-on, the steelpan industry can navigate toward a more sustainable and vibrant future. Collaboration among stakeholders will be key in driving progress, ensuring that the steelpan continues to thrive as a cherished cultural treasure and a dynamic musical art form. Addressing these challenges also, requires collaborative efforts from the industry- including musicians, educators, policymakers, and cultural institutions, to provide support, investment, and advocacy for the steelpan industry's sustainability and growth not only locally but globally.
Many steelpan players face financial challenges, including low salaries, irregular gigs, and limited access to funding or grants to support their craft. The steelpan industry must have more cash flow among the players (skilled and non-skilled) and workers: welders, tuners, arrangers, composers and performers.
Treat our beloved NATIONAL INSTRUMENT (THE STEELPAN) of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago with more care, love, value, respect, honor and dignity. Steelpan, Pan, (Ogun) is also known as St Michael and which represents STEEL, POLITICS, SCIENCE, MASTER OF MODERN TECHNOLOGY.
A Panorama City is most certainly needed in our twin island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago to build revenue and self sufficiency.

Section (3)
* Nation Economic Development
1. Policies
Despite the Judicial’s significance, Trinidad and Tobago’s Policies may not receive adequate recognition globally, leading to limited opportunities for exposure, growth and becoming a DEVELOPED NATION (1st World Twin Island Republic). We have been witnessing first world countries developing year after year. Also starting to branch off to other 1st world countries to gain more popularity and economic development. Proper amendment of our policies and policy making, needs to occur.
2. Infrastructure
In some constituencies and boroughs, there may be a lack of infrastructure to support both the public and private sector industries, including proper research, study and practical spaces, educational institutes, healthcare, national security and professional development practices. For example, some organizations, institutes, companies and its subsidiaries use other private owned spaces which deem to be of State Owned property. Each must have their own space so that they are comfortable, responsible, self sufficient and which can also be held accountable for its success and failures.
3. Maintenance
Most, if not all constituencies and boroughs lack proper maintenance which is impacting our popularity and marketability towards global leaders, diplomats and stakeholders. A pathway must be made for proper maintenance of our twin island Republic to compete with other ecocentric and clean environmental Caribbean islands, countries and continents.
(Vision 2030: Section 3 out of 33 Section Manifesto)
Lack of transparency equals to incompetence while transparency equals to competence.
Humanitarian patriotism will always triumph over the rulers which control the powers of democracy.
